Austin Moss
Senior Director, Player Affairs & Development, San Francisco 49ers (NFL)
Austin Moss II is in his first season as senior director, player affairs & engagement. He previously served six seasons (2018-23) as the director of player engagement. In his role, he creates and implements a player development ecosystem that fosters high performance and drives the personal and professional growth of all players on the 49ers roster.
Moss II oversees all player programming, including rookie development, team-building and mental health initiatives and family/significant other programming. He is responsible for creating, developing, and nurturing trust with the players while enhancing the overall team culture.
Moss II also helps players with the transition process both into and out of the NFL through continuing education, financial education, and providing assistance in dealing with personal and family matters through player programs.
Danielle Mansell
Vice President, Service & Fan Experience, Dallas Mavericks (NBA)
Danielle Mansell is currently Vice President, Service & Fan Experience for the Dallas Mavericks (NBA) and has worked across multiple leagues in multiple cities during her 16 year sports career. Her career began as a Premium Service Account Manager with the Oklahoma City Thunder and continued with leadership roles with the New Jersey Devils (NHL) and Prudential Center and Oklahoma City Energy (USL) and finally with the Mavs.
Danielle is passionate about evolving the Member journey to include engagement outside of the game experience and working to provide next-level pro-active service to all our fans. When she isn’t working, you’ll find Danielle spending time with her husband Joshua and daughter and son. Danielle is an active member of her community including being a proud alumna of Leadership Dallas ’23.
Nick Riewoldt
Director of Growth & Strategy, PMY Group
Nick Riewoldt is a revered figure in Australian Rules Football, celebrated for his exceptional career with the St Kilda Football Club in the AFL. Selected as the number one draft pick in 2000, Riewoldt made his debut in 2001 and quickly established himself as a dominant key forward. Over 17 seasons, he played 336 games, scored 718 goals, and set the all-time VFL/AFL record for most marks. His leadership qualities were evident as he captained St Kilda from 2005 to 2016, earning five All-Australian selections and six Trevor Barker Awards as the club’s best and fairest player.
Beyond the field, Riewoldt has made significant contributions as a media personality and philanthropist. He has provided insightful commentary on AFL broadcasts and has been involved in various media roles. In honor of his late sister, Maddie, he co-founded Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision, a charity dedicated to raising funds and awareness for bone marrow failure syndromes. Riewoldt’s commitment to excellence, both professionally and personally, continues to inspire many within and beyond the sporting community.
Sean Hendricks
Senior Associate Director of Athletics for Student-Athlete Development, Brown University
Over the past 20 years, Dr. Sean Hendricks has lived out his passion for helping others maximize their abilities as an educator, coach, leader, and featured speaker. Currently, he serves as the Senior Associate Director of Athletics for Student-Athlete Development at Brown University, where he designs, implements, and reviews academic, career, leadership, and community engagement programs to support the holistic development of Brown’s 950 student-athletes. In addition to his role, Dr. Hendricks oversees Men’s Soccer, Sailing, Equestrian, Track & Field, and Cross Country as their sport administrator.
Before joining Brown, Dr. Hendricks spent two years at Cal as the Assistant Athletics Director for Leadership and Personal Development. During his time in Berkeley, Dr. Hendricks delivered high impact student-athlete development programs, including a leadership series and showcase, first-year scholar-athlete course, and captain's leadership program. Dr. Hendricks joined Cal after 12 years at Rowan University. At Rowan, Dr. Hendricks designed and led programs to support the holistic development of students.
Alicia Komaki
Head Coach, Sierra Canyon School Girls' Basketball Program
Coach Alicia Komaki is the head coach of the Sierra Canyon School girls' basketball program in Chatsworth, California. Since taking the helm in 2012, she has transformed the Trailblazers into a national powerhouse. Under her leadership, the team has secured five CIF State Championships and an ESPN National Championship in 2023, finishing that season ranked No. 1 in the country . In January 2024, Komaki celebrated her 300th career win at Sierra Canyon, a testament to her sustained excellence and impact on the program
Komaki's coaching prowess has earned her numerous accolades. In 2022, she was honored as the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association High School National Coach of the Year, receiving the prestigious Pat Summitt Trophy . She has also been part of the coaching program for the successful USA underage National teams, and also serves as a Nike Camp Coach.
Her coaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Komaki's commitment to developing her players extends beyond the court. She fosters a culture of academic excellence and personal growth, with her teams consistently achieving high academic standards and has coached many young stars, including phenomenon JuJu Watkins.
Todd Patterson
Head of List Management & Strategy, Tasmania FC
Todd has recently commenced in the role of Head of List Management and Strategy with the incoming expansion side Tasmania FC. This is a once in a life time opportunity to build the playing lists of the AFL & AFLW sides with the added bonus of this being Todd’s state of origin. His role primarily consists of the acquisition of established talent and setting the overall list strategy including contracting and salary cap management
Previously Todd has held a multitude of roles across recruiting and list management with the Melbourne FC including AFLW List management, AFL Draft Recruiting, AFL Future Recruiting, AFL Pro-Scout, Academy Manager and VFL List Manager. Whilst at Melbourne FC he was involved in premierships in the AFL, AFLW and VFL programs.
He has a broad range of experience and brings unique perspective both with his previous professional experience (Property Valuation) and role combinations. He has a significant appetite for personal development having been on numerous study tours and is currently undertaking a Masters of Sports Directorship with Manchester Metropolitan University.
Anthony Randall
Head Coach of Men’s and Women’s Swimming Programs, Marist University
Anthony Randall became the head coach of the men's and women's swimming programs on June 25th, 2021. Randall arrives to Marist with over a decade of coaching experience at the Division I level, and took over both programs following Larry VanWagner’s retirement.
Randall earned his first head coaching opportunity following five years at Fresno State, where he served as an assistant coach for three seasons before a promotion to associate head coach in September of 2019. In his recent role, he continued to lead the team’s recruiting strategies while gaining additional responsibilities to oversee training, budgeting, and scholarships. His relationship-building with coaches and club teams led to the commitment of seven of the highest-ranking California recruits in school history.
Before his time at Fresno State, Randall was the associate head coach for his alma mater, Rhode Island, from 2011 to 2016. He developed training programs that produced 36 total varsity records.
Casey Africano
Head of Football Affairs, Los Angeles Rams
Casey Africano is the Head of Football Affairs for the Los Angeles Rams, a role in which she leads the team’s Football Affairs department, better known as Player Engagement. Her responsibilities encompass supporting the personal and professional well-being of current players and maintaining connections with the team's alumni, known as the Legends community. Her work is centered on ensuring that players feel heard, supported, valued, and cared for, with a focus on celebrating off-the-field moments and fostering human connections within the organization. Before joining the Rams, Casey spent time in collegiate athletics, specifically in student-athlete development, supporting student-athletes in balancing their academic and athletic commitments. Her foundation in sports is rooted in her 17 year career as a collegiate softball player, where she learned the meaning of hard work, dedication, and the impact of true connection. Casey is a proud graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Theology, with a Minor in Africana Studies, and completed her master’s degree in Education Policy and Leadership at Southern Methodist University . Her academic background and passion for supporting others continues to drive her work in the sports industry.
Eilish Sheerin
AFLW Player, North Melbourne Football Club
Eilish Sheerin is a professional AFLW player, currently representing the North Melbourne Football Club after three impactful seasons with the Richmond Football Club. In just three years in the league, she has been named AFLPA Best First Year Player, selected in two All Australian teams, and finished runner-up in her club’s Best & Fairest three times.
Off the field, Eilish brings over a decade of experience in business strategy, development, and operational delivery across both Australian and international contexts. She is currently Chief Operating Officer at PLAYFAIR, a migration law and business advisory firm, where she leads strategic optimisation and drives new business growth.
She has also successfully established and managed ventures in property management, real estate investment, and hospitality.
Eilish’s professional career is underpinned by a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Management (with Distinction) from the University of Sydney. Graduating in the top 5% of her cohort, she secured a graduate role with Deloitte and later spent three years at Westpac, contributing to large-scale strategic and operational initiatives across teams in Australia, India, and the Philippines.
Molly Jovic
Suncorp Super Netball League Player, Melbourne Mavericks
Molly Jovic is an accomplished Australian netballer, currently showcasing her talents as a versatile midcourter for the Melbourne Mavericks in the Suncorp Super Netball league. Jovic's netball journey commenced with the Williamstown Juniors, progressing through the Netball Victoria pathway, including stints with the Victorian Fury and Tasmanian Magpies in the Australian Netball League. Her impressive performances earned her a spot with the Collingwood Magpies in 2020, where she played until 2023. In 2024, she became an integral part of the inaugural Melbourne Mavericks team and was appointed co-vice-captain for the 2025 season, reflecting her leadership and experience
